Get Involved

Your voice is needed now more than ever. Join our work today.

Every voice is important!

It is essential that we join together to raise our collective voices in order to make long-lasting and sustainable social change to end violence and oppression in our society.

We invite you to explore the many ways you can be part of the solution.

Policy Action

Our systems advocacy agenda includes both funding and policy issues that will affect the lives of people impacted by sexual and domestic violence. Subscribe to our action alerts and stay up to date with what is happening at the State House and in our nation’s capital.  Get to know your elected officials on the local, state, and federal levels and let them know why these issues are important to you.

Be a Changemaker

The work to end gender-based violence is not limited to individuals, we know it takes a community approach to affect change. If you are a group or company ready to have a positive social impact, we are ready to work with you.

Events

Whether we are celebrating an ally, hosting a conversation, sponsoring a prevention training, or organizing a fundraiser, JDI’s events look to inspire and create social change. Find out where and when you can join us.

Volunteer

There are a variety of ways you can use your time and talents to assist JDI and our network of member programs. Volunteer to be a White Ribbon Day Ambassador, be a part of our advocacy action network, join a committee, host a local event, or work directly with survivors at an organization in your community.
